She began her clinical career in Aleppo, working as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with Al-Ihsan Charity, alongside roles at Aleppo University Hospital, the Syrian Speciality Hospital, and with Jesuit Refugee Services (JRS). During this period, she also managed a private practice in Aleppo, gaining broad experience across both hospital and community-based care.
Her clinical expertise includes the management of normal and high-risk pregnancies, normal vaginal deliveries, and Caesarean sections. She also treats a wide range of gynaecological conditions, including recurrent miscarriage, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), menstrual disorders, infertility, and menopause-related concerns.
Prior to joining Medcare Medical Centre, Dr Badawi worked within the UAE at FMC Medical Centre. Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys reading in her free time.
