Dr Rania Al Janabi is a highly experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with extensive expertise in women’s health, advanced gynaecological surgery, obstetric care and aesthetic gynaecology. She graduated with her MBChB from Al-Anbar University, Iraq, in 2000 before completing specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology through both the Iraqi and Arab Board programmes, achieving FIBOG in 2008 and CABOG in 2009. She also completed Part 1 MRCOG with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2006.
Dr Al Janabi further expanded her expertise through international training, including a clinical attachment at Toho University and a Professional Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Ultrasound from the University of Sharjah. She later completed a Master Course in Aesthetic Gynaecology with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, alongside advanced training in hysteroscopy, urogynecology and uro-obstetrics.
Since 2008, Dr Al Janabi has worked extensively across Iraq and the UAE in both academic and clinical roles, including as Lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Al-Anbar University and as a specialist and consultant gynaecologist in leading hospitals and medical centres in Al Ain. She is currently practising as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Ultra Medical Center.
Her clinical interests include minimally invasive and laparoscopic gynaecological surgery, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, infertility management, high-risk pregnancy care, vaginal reconstructive surgery, family planning, aesthetic gynaecology and obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound. Known for her compassionate and professional approach, Dr Al Janabi is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care tailored to every stage of a woman’s health journey.
