About Dr Peter Collins
Professor Peter Collins is a Consultant Cardiologist with over two decades of experience in the field. He sees private patients at the Royal Brompton Hospital. Professor Collins gained his primary medical qualification at Cambridge University and St Thomas' Hospital Medical School, after which he completed his basic and specialist training within various London hospitals. He then undertook his MD at the University of Cambridge, and won the Sir Walter Langdon-Brown prize for his exceptional research during this time. After this, he was appointed Consultant at the Royal Brompton and also professor at Imperial college London.
