Peter Raistrick is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist and clinical leader with a strong background in rehabilitation, persistent pain management, sports injuries, and post-operative recovery. Over the course of his career, he has worked across private practice, NHS services, and specialist rehabilitation settings in both the UK and Ireland, developing broad expertise in complex musculoskeletal and orthopaedic care.

Most recently, Peter served as Lead Practitioner at The Fire Fighters Charity’s Marine Court Rehabilitation Centre in West Sussex, where he managed a team of physiotherapists and exercise therapists delivering holistic rehabilitation services to members of the firefighting community. In this role, he coordinated outpatient, residential, and online rehabilitation programmes, taking a person-centred approach to support individuals with complex biopsychosocial needs. His clinical work has included managing diverse caseloads involving sports and musculoskeletal injuries, post-traumatic and post-surgical orthopaedic rehabilitation, persistent pain, neurological conditions, and long-term health issues.

Earlier in his career, Peter held a range of musculoskeletal physiotherapy roles in private practice and hospital settings, including positions in Dublin, Bristol, and Dorset. His NHS experience spans musculoskeletal outpatients, cardiac surgery and cardiology, respiratory care, stroke rehabilitation, older persons’ rehabilitation, and acute assessment services. This breadth of experience has given him a well- rounded clinical perspective and a strong foundation in multidisciplinary working.

Peter is committed to empowering patients through exercise, education, and self- management. He has continued to invest in his professional development through extensive postgraduate training in movement analysis, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, pain education, and clinical rehabilitation systems. He also contributes beyond direct patient care through service development, in-service training, staff mentoring, recruitment, and clinical teaching. Professionally, he is registered with

CORU in Ireland, the Health and Care Professions Council in the UK, and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
