Olivia Lee
Sports Therapy
About
Specialising in sports and deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, and lymphatic drainage, Olivia takes a holistic and highly personalised approach to care. Each session is thoughtfully tailored, whether the goal is releasing tight, hardworking muscles, supporting the body through pregnancy, improving circulation, or simply allowing time to properly rest. Her treatments encourage muscle release, improved flow, and deep physical and mental relaxation, leaving clients feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely looked after.
Olivia blends effective sports and deep tissue techniques with a calm, grounding presence. She adapts pressure to each individual, works intuitively while always explaining what she’s doing, and has a particular passion for supporting pregnancy, desk-related tension, and recovery from training. Outside the clinic, she can usually be found on Hampstead Heath, practising yoga or meditation, or caring for friends’ cats.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
