Ms. Olga Tsybulya is an experienced and fully qualified Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist who has been working clinically for many years in her Dublin-based practice. She holds an MSc in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from Trinity College Dublin and an MPhil in Psychoanalytic Studies from the Irish Forum for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (IFPP). An accredited psychotherapist, she is a member of both the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP) and Irish Forum for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (IFPP), former member of the Executive Committee.
Olga provides therapy for adults, offering a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. Her approach is eclectic and integrative, adapting her therapeutic style to best meet the needs of each individual. She works with a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, career and workplace challenges, grief, bereavement, social and emotional difficulties, addiction, experiences of abuse, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and feelings of emptiness or despair.
She has a particular interest in supporting immigrants as they navigate the challenges of integrating into a new society, tailoring her work to address the unique needs of each client. Multilingual in English and Russian, Olga is able to offer therapy in both languages.
Committed to ethical and professional standards, she engages in regular clinical supervision, holds professional insurance, and has completed extensive Continuous Professional Development training. In addition to her professional qualifications, Olga has undertaken many hours of her own personal therapy, enriching her insight and ability to support her clients’ growth and self-understanding.
