Dr. Nizar Ishaq is a highly respected Consultant Orthodontist with over 14 years of experience in the UAE, known for his exceptional care and expertise in orthodontic treatments for both adults and children. He completed his General Dentistry training and obtained a Master’s Degree in Orthodontics (DUO, CES) from the prestigious University of Nantes, France. As a member of both the French Orthodontist Association and the UAE Orthodontist Association, Dr. Ishaq remains at the forefront of advancements in orthodontics. His dedication to excellence in patient care was recognised in 2012 when he won the CAPP "I Love My Dentist" Award.
Dr. Ishaq specialises in a wide range of orthodontic treatments, employing advanced techniques to deliver personalised solutions tailored to each patient’s needs. His expertise includes traditional metal braces, transparent braces for a more discreet appearance, Incognito lingual braces placed behind the teeth, and Invisalign clear aligners for a removable and nearly invisible option. Additionally, he provides interceptive orthodontic treatments for children, using myofunctional trainers and specialised appliances to guide facial growth and ensure proper tooth alignment.
Dr. Ishaq is committed to improving both the function and aesthetics of his patients’ smiles. He treats a variety of orthodontic concerns, such as straightening irregular, crooked, or overcrowded teeth, closing gaps, and addressing disproportionate jaw relationships like crossbites and overbites.
