Dr. Nihan Jebrin is a highly experienced Specialist Pediatric Dentist practising at the Dubai Science Park Clinic, where she has dedicated over 15 years to ensuring the oral health of children from infancy through their teenage years. With a strong educational background and specialised training, she is committed to providing a positive and enjoyable dental experience for every child under her care.
Dr. Nihan earned her dental degree (DDS) from Yeditepe University in 2007 and furthered her education by completing her Doctorate (PhD) in Pedodontics from Istanbul University in 2012. Her comprehensive postgraduate training covered a wide range of dental procedures, including general dentistry, preventative care, endodontics, and surgical interventions tailored specifically for children, including those with special needs.
Passionate about creating a nurturing and welcoming environment, Dr. Nihan has a deep understanding of children's psychology and behaviour management techniques. She is trained to address stress factors and anxiety in young patients, employing a gentle and compassionate approach that helps even the most apprehensive children feel comfortable and relaxed during their dental visits.
Dr. Nihan's expertise extends to various aspects of pediatric dentistry, including risk assessment for both mother and child, habit counselling (such as mouth breathing, pacifier use, and thumb sucking), interceptive orthodontics, gum disease management, and the treatment of dental trauma and emergencies. Additionally, she is skilled in providing sedation when necessary and managing growth and developmental issues related to children's teeth.
Fluent in both English and Turkish, she values effective communication and ensures that parents and children alike fully understand their treatment options and feel confident in the care they receive.
