He subsequently completed a year-long fellowship within training at Manchester Eye Hospital which focused on oculoplastic, lacrimal, and orbital surgery. Following this, he undertook an 18-month fellowship in oculoplastic, lacrimal, and orbital surgery at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
