Nave Ndhlovu is a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She studied at the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS) in Limerick, where she earned a BA in Counselling and Addictions, as well as a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Nave provides a safe and confidential space for clients, offering a culturally sensitive approach to her counselling sessions. She works with clients in both short-term and long-term counselling, tailoring her services to meet individual needs.
In addition to general counselling, she has experience working with individuals who have been institutionalised through imprisonment or illness. Nave supports clients in addressing a variety of issues, including addictions, anger, stress, loneliness, low self-esteem, and relationship breakups.
Her treatment approach incorporates a person-centred, humanistic framework combined with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), providing clients with empathetic support and practical strategies for personal growth and healing.
