Dr Nageena completed her chiropractic training in the UK at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic and graduated in 2006. Following graduation, she worked across two clinics in the UK for over a decade before relocating to Dubai.
She is actively involved in the development and regulation of the chiropractic profession in the UAE. Dr Nageena served as Secretary to the Executive Council of the Emirates Chiropractic Association in 2019 and has held the role of President since 2021.

She is certified in the Melillo Method and integrates this framework into her practice where appropriate. Dr Nageena continues to undertake ongoing professional education to support evidence-informed care across her patient population.
