Dr Nael Abou Hassan is a renowned orthodontist at Bissan Medical Centre in Sharjah, bringing over 20 years of experience in advanced orthodontics and dentofacial orthopaedics. He trained at some of the world’s leading institutions, earning a Master’s degree in Orthodontics from Université Paris V, along with postgraduate diplomas in Dentofacial Orthopaedics and Surgical Orthodontics from prestigious centres in France. He further expanded his expertise with advanced training at Sorbonne University and Yonsei University, giving him a truly global perspective on orthodontic care.
Dr Nael specialises in both conventional and cutting-edge orthodontic techniques. His clinical practice encompasses traditional braces, Damon system, lingual orthodontics, and invisible aligners, as well as micro-implant-based treatments and surgical orthodontic planning. He has additional expertise in facial aesthetics. Known for precision and innovation, he consistently applies evidence-based methods to deliver long-lasting, confident smiles.
Alongside his clinical work, Dr Nael has held senior academic positions, including serving as Head of the Orthodontics Department at Ajman University. He is also an active contributor to the international orthodontic community, having presented scientific lectures at major conferences across the UAE, Syria, Jordan, Malaysia, and Australia.
