Ms Jardim has worked across a range of healthcare and corporate settings, including roles with multinational organisations such as Aramark, ISS, and Elior, as well as in private practice at The Private Clinic of Harley Street in London. Through these roles, she has developed experience in supporting individuals with diverse nutritional needs, including weight management, general health optimisation, and lifestyle-related conditions.
She is the founder of Your Diet Advice, an online nutrition clinic through which she provides personalised dietary guidance to clients internationally. Her clinical approach focuses on identifying practical and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes to support improved energy levels, overall health, and long-term wellbeing.
