She began her ophthalmology career at the Tennent Institute in Glasgow before undertaking a significant period of professional development through the North London rotation. During this time, she worked at renowned institutions including The Western Eye Hospital, Chelsea & Westminster, Moorfields Eye Hospital, and Queen’s Square.
She has completed fellowships at Moorfields Eye Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital, as well as her contributions to various medical publications. Sarah currently serves as the Lead for Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust and is also the Joint Lead for Cataracts.
Sarah’s areas of interest and skills encompass a wide range of ophthalmic conditions including cataracts, paediatric cataracts, amblyopia, allergic eye disease, chalazion, both adult and paediatric strabismus, double vision, lacrimal problems (watery eyes), and paediatric refractive issues.
