About Mr Stefano Stea
Mr Stefano Stea is a Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon based in London and in Italy. He is dual qualified in both Dentistry and Medicine, having completed both degrees at the University of Bologna. Soon after this he specialised in Maxillofacial Surgery in Parma, before also being awarded a master's in Surgical Therapy for TMJ Disorders from La Sapienza University, Rome, in 2006. In 2008 he added the diploma of European Board of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and in 2020 he took the Diploma of Fellowship Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow After moving to the UK Mr Stea worked as Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at Homerton University Hospital in London until 2014, and has since held a number of positions in both Italy and the UK. He led Maria Cecilia Hospital's Maxillofacial Surgery Department in Italy Currently he is an oral maxillofacial consultant at Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead He works in private practice both in Italy and in London specialising in a variety of Oral & Maxillofacial surgical areas. He has a special interest in Temporomandibular disorders Diseases, Medical Tests and Treatments • Oral surgery • Orthognathic surgery • Dentoalveolar surgery • Benign head & neck disease • Temporomandibular joint disorders
