About Mr Stefan Weitzel
Mr Stefan Weitzel is a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon specialising in foot, ankle and knee surgery. He has over three decades of experience and sees private patients at several private locations across London, including: • London Bridge Hospital • The Blackheath Hospital • The Sloane Hospital • Chelsfield Park Hospital • LycaHealth Canary Wharf and Orpington Mr Weitzel completed his primary medical degree at the Medical School of the Albert-Ludwigs University in Germany. After qualifying he completed his specialist training in Trauma and Orthopaedics in London and Norwich. He then undertook further postgraduate fellowships and placements at prestigious orthopaedic surgery centres in the UK, including the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore. Here he found his passion for foot and ankle surgery. Since then Mr Weitzel has become one of the most experienced foot and ankle specialists in the NHS.
