Mr Simon Hargreaves qualified from the University of Birmingham Medical School in 1985 and gained considerable experience in a range of different medical fields before joining the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Birmingham Children's Hospital in 1993.There he developed his interested in ENT and head and neck surgery and has continued to specialise in this field.
In 2000, Mr Hargreaves was appointed Consultant in Otolaryngology (ENT) Head and Neck Surgery at the Royal Bolton Hospital. He offers consultations and surgical treatment for all aspects of ENT with a special interest in thyroid surgery, and children's surgery.
He is a dedicated teacher and continues to teach the junior staff in Royal Bolton Hospital and he is involved in various regional and national organisations.
