Following this he joined the renowned South East Thames Higher Surgical Training Rotation in Orthopaedics and passed the FRCS (Tr&Orth). In 2009 he was privileged in being selected to attend an intensive one-year Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at the University of Calgary in Canada. Following his return in 2010, he was appointed as a full time Consultant at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.
Mr Oliver is also interested in Medical Education, actively contributing locally and regionally. He is also a member of his NHS Trust Trauma Board and is actively involved in improving trauma care for patients in South East London, Kent and Medway (SELKaM Trauma Network).
