About
If you’re thinking about vision correction and would like someone to guide you through your options, I’d be happy to help. My goal is to listen, explain the different treatments clearly, and work with you to create a care plan that feels right for you.
I’m a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon and have helped more than 10,000 people improve their sight with laser eye surgery, lens replacement, advanced cataract surgery, and other techniques. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to receive qualifications and fellowships from respected organisations including the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, the World College of Refractive Surgery and Visual Sciences, and the University of Ulster.
I’ve also contributed chapters to textbooks on cataract and laser surgery, presented research at international conferences, and worked as an advisor to leading eye care organisations, including the National Institute for Clinical Excellence.
Most importantly, my focus is always on you—helping you feel comfortable, informed, and confident about your choices.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
