Mr Shah has a wide experience of working in the field of Joint Replacement Surgery. He has so far carried out more than 2500 joint replacement surgeries at Warwick Hospital.
Mr Shah carries out Total Hip Replacement surgery through Antero-Lateral approach which has a minimum rate of post-operative complication like dislocation or leg length discrepancy.
Mr Shah carries out Total Knee Replacement surgery without using a ‘Tourniquet' which allows faster post-operative recovery, less pain and early return to normal activities. He has a wide experience in uni-compartment knee replacement for symptomatic arthritis of the knee in the younger population.
Over a period of time Mr Shah has gained valuable experience in dealing with complex revision surgeries of hip and knee. He has also dealt with complex trauma cases especially periprosthetic fracture around joint Arthroplasty.
Mr Shah also trained and worked in India and has a lot of experience in dealing with various orthopaedic problems in the Asian population.
