He qualified in 1985 at the Plymouth University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical fellowship at Bridge Hospital in 1999. Mr Nandlal obtained his Certificate of Completion of Surgical Training (CCST) in 2003 and worked at Mid Essex PCT and Essex Partnership University Trust as consultant podiatric surgeon in 2004. Mr Nandlal has served as  Vice Dean of the Faculty of Podiatric Surgery,and is currently  a tutor and final examiner for the College of Podiatrists. He is an Honorary Clinical  Lecturer at the University Of Huddersfield for moth the MSc course and Master of Podiatric Surgery course.

Mr Nandlal has extensive experience in podiatric surgery. He has performed more than 9000 foot and ankle procedures and has lectured nationally and internationally.

Mr Nandlal's clinical interests include forefoot surgery under all types anaesthesia, hallux valgus correction by scarf osteotomy, lesser toe straightening, revision foot surgery, joint replacement surgery, surgical management of arthritic joints in the foot, neuroma excision, heel pain treatment, ingrowing toenails surgery.
