Mr Arbuthnot also offers robotic-arm assisted joint replacement surgery using the Mako system, which allows highly precise planning and placement of knee implants. These procedures are available at Spire Little Aston Hospital and Spire Parkway Hospital.

He works as a surgical partner at the Midland Knee Clinic, a specialist centre dedicated to the treatment of knee injuries and conditions. The clinic provides both surgical and non-surgical care for patients locally in the Midlands as well as nationally and internationally, with outpatient and surgical services based in Solihull and Sutton Coldfield.
