He then pursued subspecialist spine surgery training at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, London, and the Norfolk & Norwich University Teaching Hospital. Before his current role in Oxford, he served as a locum consultant spine surgeon at Nottingham's Queens Medical Centre.
Mr. Nnadi contributes to the field as an editorial board member of the European Spine Journal and a reviewer for several esteemed journals. He has also been an Expert Medical Technology Adviser for the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE). Furthermore, he is the former Chair of the International Growing Spine Committee for the Scoliosis Research Society (SRS) and has participated in the PhD Assessment Committee for the University of Copenhagen in 2020 and 2023.
