About
He graduated with honours from the University of Naples in Italy before relocating to London in 2007 to train with world-renowned cardiac surgeons at the Royal Brompton Hospital. He has jointly received three international awards for presentations on how to treat mitral regurgitation in patients unsuitable for open-heart surgery, illustrating the use of the world's first transcatheter heart valve implantation programme at the Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals.
Mr Cesare Quarto has authored several research papers in medical publications on a variety of topics. In his spare time, his hobbies include travelling and playing sport.
