Mr Ashwin Reddy

About
Mr Reddy graduated from the University of Cambridge Medical School and proceeded to do his specialist training in units in Leicester and East Anglia. During this training period, he established his interest in paediatric ophthalmology and retinoblastoma, which drove him to undertake a fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto. He was appointed to Consultant after 11 years of training in 2004, during this role he has taken on further responsibilities including Lead of the Ophthalmology Services at the Royal London Hospital and the Retinoblastoma service in London.
Mr Reddy is also an active member of the research community and an engaged teacher. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary Medical School. He also continues to contribute to humanitarian efforts, working as a Medical Advisor to several charities in the UK and helping to establish services around the world.
