He also serves as an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Aberdeen Medical School, contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate education.
Between 2013 and 2017, he held the role of Clinical Lead for the Eye Health Network for NHS Grampian. Mr. Reddy oversaw regulations and quality standards in postgraduate ophthalmic education across the North of Scotland, serving as Training Programme Director for Surgical Ophthalmology for Scotland North from 2011 to 2015 and as Regional Advisor to the Royal College of Ophthalmologists from 2015 to 2018. He currently represents Scotland East on the Council of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists.
