Mr Andrew Quaile is an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. He works in both NHS and private settings and runs his own practise, Spineworks, where he serves as Medical Director.

Andrew completed his medical training at Charing Cross Hospital in London before serving in the Royal Navy and the Australian Army as an Orthopaedic Surgeon. After his return to the UK, Andrew took up a Consultant and pursued work with a focus on spinal disorders and in 2004 he moved into full time private practice with the aim of developing a multi-disciplinary team of specialists committed to providing high-quality spinal care to their patients, particularly non-operative care.

Andrew enjoys positions as a lecturer for seminars and conferences to medical colleagues & allied health practitioners. He is also international examiner in Orthopaedic Surgery for the Société Internationale de Chirurgie Orthopédique et de Traumatologie (SICOT) and occasional lecturer in spinal surgery on the South Thames training circuit. He is Deputy Editor of the journal International Orthopaedics and therefore reviews every article published in the journal. He has written and published a number of articles including on Cauda Equina Syndrome and Infections associated with spinal implants.
