Mr Ajeya Adhikari runs an experienced support and operative team and has over 20 years experience as an orthopaedic surgeon and has an exclusive interest in disorders of the knee and sports injuries. Mr Adhikari has embraced all forms of modern knee treatments and techniques. He now exclusively deals with sports injuries to the knee and regularly provides second opinions for difficult knee problems.
Having trained in Austria, Switzerland, the USA and Germany, Mr Adhikari is currently working with colleagues internationally to find a way to reduce the incidence but also improve the outcome of surgery. He has expertise in revision of failed surgical procedures including joint replacements, cruciate ligaments, and cartilage regenerating and patellofemoral procedures.
Mr Adhikari runs clinics at the Parkside Hospital every Monday morning and at Spire St Anthony's every Thursday afternoon; alternate Thursday evenings & alternate Saturday mornings.
