Dr Mitul Patel

Dr Mitul Patel graduated on an accelerated BDS qualification from King's College London in 2016; prior to this, Dr Patel was a grammar and comprehensive secondary school teacher of biology and chemistry. During his studies, he was recognised for his Endodontic and Oral surgery skills, and went on to become runner-up in King's College London's Dentsply Clinical Skills competition. Dr Patel then began his dental training in North West London, being placed in the top 10% of candidates in the competitive Dental Foundation Training interviews. During this time, he was awarded second place in the London Deanery Case Presentation competition, showcasing a multidisciplinary dental case requiring complex restorative and root canal treatment. Mitul then went on to The Royal London Dental Hospital to complete his Dental Core Training; this further enhanced his skills in Endodontic treatment and minor oral surgery, implementing the use of surgical operating microscopy and rotary instruments to achieve accurate precision, and the removal of over 50 impacted wisdom teeth. Dr Patel then went on to University College London to complete a Master's degree in Endodontics at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute; here, he enhanced his microscopy skills further, performing complex Endodontic treatments. His passion and experience in Endodontics follows him to his clinics, where he provides vital pulp therapies, dental trauma and complex root canal treatment, and removing posts and separated instruments.
