Millie’s interest in physiotherapy started at the age of 15 when years of dedicated training as a National level gymnast resulted in an injury and hip surgery. Her sporting history allows her to recognize, understand and empathise with the challenges that arise during injury. This led to an interest in working with elite athletes from various sporting disciplines. Her career to date, has also included some impressive work with acclaimed actors and stunt men/women to aid their recovery and injury prevention.

She completed her Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Physiotherapy at St George’s University of London in 2018, achieving a first-class honours degree. She also has expertise in Polestar Pilates. Millie utilises a holistic treatment approach, aiming for optimal recovery for her clients.
