Er wurde in Karl-Marx-Stadt, dem heutigen Chemnitz, geboren und schloss sein Medizinstudium an der Universität zu Kiel ab. Nach seiner Approbation im Jahr 2015 begann er die chirurgische Ausbildung und erhielt 2021 die Facharztanerkennung.Er war als Oberarzt im BG Klinikum Bergmannstrost Halle tätig und arbeitet seit 2024 als Oberarzt im Städtischen Klinikum Dresden. Seine fachlichen Schwerpunkte liegen in der Mikrochirurgie sowie bei Brust- und Straffungsoperationen. Darüber hinaus erweiterte er seine Expertise durch Weiterbildungen in der ästhetischen Medizin, insbesondere in der Faltenbehandlung mit Botulinumtoxin und dem Volumenaufbau mit dermalen Fillern. Seit Anfang 2025 ist er Teil des Ärzteteams von Ästhetik in Dresden.Dr. Geßner ist Mitglied der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Ästhetische Botulinum- und Fillertherapie, der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Senologie sowie bei Interplast-Germany. In seiner Arbeit legt er besonderen Wert auf eine vertrauensvolle Beratung und die Erstellung individuell abgestimmter Behandlungskonzepte.
