About
Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy from the University of Salford (2018) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Liverpool (2012). She is an accredited member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP).
Her clinical practice combines cognitive and behavioural strategies to support individuals in achieving meaningful change and improved mental wellbeing. She has also worked and volunteered in diverse mental health settings both in the UK and internationally.
In addition to her clinical qualifications, she holds a Level 1 qualification in British Sign Language, further supporting inclusive communication in therapeutic settings.
