Dr Majed Al-Rumayyan is a dedicated Consultant specialising in Uro-Oncology and Robotic Surgery. He is committed to providing his patients with exceptional care, utilising advanced surgical techniques to achieve the best possible outcomes. His approach is centred on precision and patient wellbeing, ensuring that individuals receive comprehensive and reassuring support throughout their treatment journey.
Dr Al-Rumayyan earned his medical degree from King Saud University's College of Medicine, completing his studies between 2008 and 2014. He then undertook a medical internship at the same university from 2014 to 2015. To further his specialisation, he completed a Clinical Fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the University of Toronto between 2022 and 2024.
With a focus on cancers of the urinary system, Dr Al-Rumayyan has a particular interest in treating conditions such as testicular cancer. He is proficient in performing complex, minimally invasive procedures, including robotic-assisted retroperitoneal lymph node dissection. This advanced surgical approach offers patients significant benefits, such as smaller incisions, less postoperative pain, and a quicker recovery. In addition to his clinical work, he contributes to medical education as an Adjunct Assistant Professor.
