Dr Mahir Karimjee
Dentistry
About
Mahir qualified as a dentist in 2012, from the University of Liverpool. After graduating, he went on to work in a variety of practices in Australia, England and Wales, where he worked with patients from all walks of life attending with a range of different dental issues.
Mahir is known to build an excellent rapport with his patients. He is great at treating nervous patients by being informative and empathetic, making the patient feel at ease in his presence. He utilises inhalation sedation and guided meditation - the Enjoyable Dentistry Technique, patented by Dr Bashar Al-Naher - to not only significantly improve the nervous patient's dental experience, but give them an actively enjoyable experience.
Consistently developing his skills, Mahir is currently undergoing a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry on the highly esteemed Tipton Training programme.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
