I am an HCPC and CSP registered physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal health, chronic pain, and posture correction. I work with patients to understand not just their symptoms but the underlying movement patterns and lifestyle factors driving them — creating treatment plans that are genuinely personalised rather than protocol-driven.
My approach combines hands-on manual therapy with active rehabilitation, including myofascial stretch therapy and proprioceptive training, to deliver lasting results rather than short-term relief. I believe in giving each patient the time and attention they deserve, which is why I work exclusively in longer 50-minute sessions.
I trained and practised across Europe before settling in London, and I am able to consult in English, Italian, and French — which many of my patients find reassuring, particularly those more comfortable expressing symptoms in their native language.
