Her additional training includes Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), EMDR therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with an emerging interest in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. She co-developed a new group therapy intervention for parents of autistic children as part of a randomised controlled trial and established a central London service for adult autism and ADHD diagnostic assessments and psychological therapy, linked with the National and Specialist Adult Autism and ADHD Psychological Therapy Service. Dr. Breese also clinically leads a new service for autistic adults with complex mental health difficulties, reflecting her commitment to advancing care for neurodivergent populations.
