Clinical Approach Consultations are designed to provide clarity, structure, and a defined clinical plan. Dr Alex uses a structured clinical decision framework (STRATA), developed in her practice, to guide diagnosis and treatment planning. This approach integrates: • structural assessment (adenomyosis, endometriosis, fibroids) • hormonal and metabolic evaluation • reproductive goals and timing • disease activity and progression The aim is to move away from repeated symptom management towards clear, prioritised clinical decisions. She has subspecialist experience in reproductive medicine, is IVF-trained in the UK, and holds European certification in laparoscopic surgery. She has extensive experience in advanced gynaecological ultrasound and has held a Clinical Fertility Lead role within the NHS.
