Ms Kristina Dirse
Cosmetic (Aesthetic) Medicine
About
Kristina’s journey into beauty therapy began at West Herts College in Watford, where she completed comprehensive training in beauty and holistic treatments. She earned NVQ Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 qualifications in Beauty Therapy and Holistic Treatments, providing her with a strong foundation in technical and practical skills. Her education covered a broad range of treatments, including body waxing, facials, massage therapies, and aromatherapy.
Following her formal training, Kristina gained hands-on experience in beauty salons and spas across the UK, refining her technique in waxing, massage therapy, and facials. Through these roles, she developed a deep understanding of client needs and treatment techniques, making her a versatile and adaptable therapist.
Over time, Kristina developed a strong interest in skincare, leading her to work in a specialised skin clinic where she gained experience in advanced skincare treatments. This role expanded her knowledge of skin health and its impact on confidence and well-being.
Kristina now works at Bodytonic Clinic’s Stratford and Canada Water locations, where she provides a variety of beauty and holistic treatments, including waxing, aromatherapy, glycolic peels, Environ facials, deep tissue massage, Indian head massage, manual lymphatic drainage massage, hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, Swedish massage, and therapeutic remedial massage.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
