She has more than 12 years of experience in strength and conditioning as well as injury rehabilitation. She has worked with both GB and international athletes and is able to treat patients with MSK injuries, strength and stability deficits postural imbalance, and general aches and pains.

She takes an empathetic, logical, and clear approach to treatment and aims to take into account the multiple factors involved in the management of each condition. She is able to offer her patients bespoke treatment programmes and educate clients on lifestyle factors to improve their healing and recovery. In addition, she provides sports massage for recreational athletes.
