Während dieser Zeit war er als Stationsarzt, Arzt der allgemeinen Ambulanz und Arzt der onkologischen Ambulanz tätig. Zudem war er als Vorlesungsassistent am Universitätsklinikum Bonn tätig. Im Jahr 2010 erlangte er seinen Facharzttitel für Haut- und Geschlechtskrankheiten.
Dr. med. Azgomi verfügt über ein breites Spektrum an dermatologischen Kenntnissen und Fähigkeiten. Er ist besonders erfahren in der Diagnose und Behandlung von Hautkrebs, Allergien und Venenerkrankungen.
