Jutta Gira ist Physiotherapeutin und derzeit in Ausbildung zur Osteopathin an der Internationalen Akademie für Osteopathie (IAO). Sie ist Teil des Teams von MIO – Medizin in Ober St. Veit, einem Wahlarztzentrum im Herzen von Ober St. Veit. Ihre Hauptspezialisierungen umfassen neurophysiologische Bewegungstherapie, Triggerpunktbehandlung, einfühlsame postoperative Betreuung, Narbenbehandlung, Therapie bei Tinnitus und Beckenbodenrehabilitation. In ihrer Arbeit legt sie großen Wert auf die Aktivierung der Selbstheilungskräfte und eine ganzheitliche Betrachtung des Körpers. Sie folgt dem Prinzip „Find it, fix it, leave it alone“ von Andrew T. Still, dem Gründer der Osteopathie. Gemeinsam mit ihren PatientInnen arbeitet sie daran, nicht nur die Symptome zu lindern, sondern vor allem deren Ursachen zu behandeln, um das Wohlbefinden nachhaltig zu verbessern.
