Nach seinem Studium der Humanmedizin in Deutschland und Ungarn promovierte Dr. Otte im Jahr 1998 und erwarb anschließend seine Facharzt-Qualifikation. Seine ästhetische Weiterbildung absolvierte er bei renommierten Kollegen in der Schweiz, den USA, Australien und Südafrika. Auch heute lässt er sich kontinuierlich fortbilden, um stets aktuelle Methoden für seine Patienten bereitzuhalten. Außerdem verbindet ihn eine langjährige Zusammenarbeit mit Dr. Lars Schumacher.
