About
experience in utilising psychological therapy for a multitude of issues
including Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, Trauma and Loss. She employs
an intuitive and integrative approach, specialising in Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Analytical
Therapy (CAT), with an applied interest in Psychodynamic therapy.
Dr Morgan completed her doctorate at Oxford. She has worked
in both the NHS and in Private healthcare in both inpatient and community
settings.
Dr Morgan believes that
everybody who needs psychological support, for even brief periods, should be
able to access it readily and be able to benefit from positive therapy
experiences. She is used to working within a short time
framework, providing maximum interventions in minimum time. Confidentiality assured.
