Im Jahr 2020 erlangte er die Anerkennung als Facharzt für Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie. Zusätzlich zu seiner Facharztausbildung verfügt Dr. med. Bieber über die Zusatzbezeichnungen Manuelle Medizin/Chirotherapie, Akupunktur und Sportmedizin. Er ist Mitglied in mehreren deutschen Fachgesellschaften, darunter die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Sportmedizin und Prävention (DGSP) und die Deutsche Ärztegesellschaft für Akupunktur, Chirotherapie und Osteopathie e.V. (DAEGACO).
