Dr Ionel Nistor

Dr Ionel Nistor is a highly experienced Dentist at Mill Hill Dental Practice. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Iasi, Romania in 2011 before moving to London in 2013. Dr Nistor has since gained extensive experience in general dental practice, providing a wide range of treatments in both private and NHS sectors. Committed to professional growth, he has completed numerous post-graduate courses, constantly striving to enhance his skills in oral surgery, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and laser dentistry. With a special interest in oral surgery and implantology, Dr Nistor offers his patients excellent solutions for replacing missing teeth with dental implants, ensuring natural-looking results. He underwent rigorous training in Implantology at the VSS Academy in London, enabling him to handle simple implant cases as well as more complex situations requiring guided bone regeneration techniques. He also completed a 3-year Master's program in Clinical Dentistry in Oral Surgery at BPP University, London in 2020 which focused on advanced surgical implant procedures, including extensive bone grafting, sinus lifting, and ‘all-on-four’ cases.  Dr Nistor's work is characterised by meticulous attention to detail, particularly when treating comprehensive restorative and cosmetic cases, such as full mouth rehabilitations and smile makeovers. He is known by his patients and colleagues for his friendly and approachable demeanour, ensuring that even the most nervous patients feel at ease in the dental chair. Dr Nistor understands the individual needs of each patient and tailors his dental treatments accordingly, providing personalised care and exceptional results. Alongside his clinical work, Dr Nistor is a member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and actively participates in online case discussions and study clubs. He regularly attends dental congresses to stay up to date with the latest advancements in his field.
