About
With a strong interest in lifestyle medicine, Dr Parekh is passionate about helping patients make meaningful, sustainable changes to their nutrition and lifestyle. She firmly believes that these adjustments play a vital role in improving health outcomes and preventing chronic disease.
Dr Parekh is skilled in all aspects of general practice, with particular expertise in women’s health, children’s health, and the management of long-term conditions. She graduated from Guy’s and St Thomas’ Medical School in 2004, later gaining experience across a wide range of medical and surgical specialties in London teaching hospitals.
Since choosing to specialise in general practice, Dr Parekh has been practising as an NHS GP since 2009, where she continues to apply her holistic philosophy and broad clinical expertise to support patients through every stage of life.
