Hanan Moubarak is a renowned Wound Care specialist with a Master of Science degree in Wound Management and Skin Integrity from the University of Hertfordshire in England.
As one of the few licensed wound care practitioners in the UAE, Hanan consistently focuses on professional education to enhance her skills and achieve the highest standards in wound treatment using the latest evidence-based practices, technologies, and methods. She also designs individualized wound care plans to ensure optimal healing and is a member of the WCET-World Council of Intrastromal Therapy in Washington, D.C., United States.
Hanan possesses a unique skill set for treating all types of wounds, both chronic and acute. She is certified in using laser technology for skincare and wound treatments and is an expert in employing regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy, nanotechnology, PRP, negative pressure wound therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, shock wave therapy, advanced smart dressings, and electrical stimulation therapy to expedite wound healing.
Prior to joining Valiant Hospital, Hanan dedicated over 30 years of her career to MOHAP UAE as part of a professional wound care team. She led the Pressure Injury Prevention Program and the Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Training program for hospital staff. Additionally, she served as a member of the Infection Control and Prevention Committee at AQH Sharjah, UAE.
