Fiona Healy is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over a decade of specialised experience in women’s health. She graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin in 2005 and has since dedicated her clinical career to supporting women through all stages of life, with a particular focus on pelvic health and postnatal recovery.
Fiona holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Continence for Physiotherapists from the University of Bradford and completed an MSc in Evidence-Based Practice at University College Cork in 2013. Her research, focused on physiotherapy following obstetric anal sphincter injuries, was published in the ACPWH Journal and presented at the ACPWH Conference in Bristol.
Her clinical expertise includes the management of diastasis recti, bladder dysfunction, pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, incontinence, and prolapse. She is also a certified APPI Pilates instructor, with specialist training in ante- and postnatal care, and has lectured on continence management at Dublin City University.

She is passionate about helping women move with confidence, restoring function and well-being through physiotherapy and movement education.
