About Dr Fiona Alexander
Dr Fiona Alexander is a highly experienced GP Associate with over 30 years of clinical practice. She qualified as a doctor in 1985 and became a General Practitioner in 1994, building a well-rounded medical career that spans paediatrics, accident and emergency medicine, gynaecology, general practice and occupational medicine. Her professional experience also includes time working as a Ship’s Doctor, travelling worldwide and gaining valuable insight into global healthcare systems and the challenges of delivering medical care in diverse and often complex environments. Until recently, Dr Alexander was a partner in a large and exceptionally busy central London GP practice, where she played a key leadership role in safeguarding, mental health care, and the training of advanced prescribers.
