She holds a First Class Honours Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a First Class Honours Master’s Degree in Mindfulness-Based Interventions from the School of Psychology at University College Dublin (UCD).
Esther integrates a wide range of therapeutic approaches in her work, including CBT, Humanistic, Integrative, Mindfulness, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She offers one-to-one sessions for adults, both in-person and online, and is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing space for healing and personal growth.
In addition to her psychotherapy work, Esther is a qualified Meditation Teacher and newly certified Yoga Teacher. She is also a member of the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland (MTAI), and has completed additional training in Sound Healing and Cacao Facilitation through Cacao Source.
